JTB (President: Hiroyuki Takahashi) has started a participatory live entertainment event in Dotonbori, Osaka City from September 25th. The show is a fusion of Japanese culture and dance music, centered around club music and video production, and aims to create demand for night tourism among foreign tourists visiting Japan. The event is in collaboration with Tryhard Entertainment Japan (Chuo-ku, Osaka City), which operates several clubs mainly in Osaka City. As part of the area management that JTB is working on with the Dotonbori Shopping Association, the show will provide domestic and international tourists with "nighttime entertainment options" as part of the night culture discovery and creation project promoted by Osaka Prefecture. The show is called "Osaka Night Revolution" and will be held every Tuesday from 8:30 pm to 9:15 pm until December 18th. It will showcase new and old Japanese culture such as Japanese drums, shamisen, and anime songs in a show style. There will also be a dance that is integrated with the venue. The venue is the event space "Dotonbori ZAZA" (100 seats) on the first basement floor of the Nakaza Kuidare Building in Dotonbori. The fee is 3,500 yen. The ticket is sold for 1,800 yen at the Kansai Tourist Information Center, an inbound tourist information center operated by JTB in four locations along the Keihan line.
