The name change will be implemented as a precursor to the management reforms that will be implemented in April next year, which the company has positioned as its "third founding." The management reforms will be implemented with the aim of promoting business based on the three pillars of "individual," "corporate," and "global," and will integrate 15 existing companies, including regional companies, into the headquarters, and will aim to integrate manufacturing and sales, and to speed up the shift of management resources to growth areas. The new announcements include the business travel business, which is positioned as the group's growth area, the communication business, which is the pillar of the corporate business, and the procurement and development business for destination-based travel SITs. Businesses that were developed separately by region will be integrated. All of these will be implemented on April 1st next year. Regarding the business travel business, the business travel sales divisions of JTB Hokkaido, JTB Chubu, JTB West Japan, JTB Chugoku-Shikoku, and JTB Kyushu will be transferred to JTB Business Travel Solutions. Regarding the communication business, a new company will be established by integrating the meeting and convention businesses of JTB Communication Design, JTB Promotion, J Produce, and JTB Business Support Kyushu. The new company will be named JTB Communication Design and will become a constituent company of the corporate business. Regarding the SIT procurement and development business, a new company will be established by integrating JTB Gaiarec and JTB Sun & Sun West Japan to strengthen SIT products centered on "active and sports." The new company will be named JTB Gaiarec and will become a constituent company of the individual business. In addition, as a DMC that promotes destination-based business in the Okinawa area, which is positioned as the most important destination, the JTB Domestic Travel Planning Okinawa Division and the JTB Global Marketing & Travel Okinawa Sales Office will be transferred to JTB Okinawa. Brochure production, business support, and temporary staffing will also be reorganized and integrated by business.
